TE-OX main collaborations in France

SP2M
SP2M Orsay Thin film deposition by MOCVD and growth of nanowires or nanorods by hydrothermal synthesis in the frame of the bilateral project NANOX.

SPCTS
SPCTS informal collaboration for Thin film deposition by Pulsed laser deposition

IETR
IETR Development of Optically controlled “Ultra – fast” antenna in the frame of a bilateral contract (under negociation). Work has started in the frame of a Master internship which will be followed by a PhD under a CIFRE financial grant.

INRA
INRA Nantes informal collaboration on Raman Spectroscopy, Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS) and the development of hybrid bio-inspired materials and technologies .

C2N
C2N Development of optically controlled RF switches and phase shifters in the frame of the COM-MIT project. Devices will be integrated with antenna developed with IETR. TE-OX is able to develop switches and phase shifters thanks to access to the technological platform MINERVE of C2N.

LMGP
LMGP Grenoble Thin Film deposition by MOCVD and AAD in the frame of internships
