COM-MIT

COM-MIT is a bilateral project (under TE-OX coordination) between TE-OX and the Centre de Nanosciences et de Nanotechnology (C2N) of the University Paris-Saclay. COM-MIT aims to develop the first optically controlled RF switches and demonstrate our capability to fully control the Metal-Insulator transition of vanadium dioxide through photons absorption and THz manipulation.

NANOX

NANOX is a bilateral project (under TE-OX coordination) between TE-OX and the laboratory Synthèse, Propriétés et Modélisation des Matériaux (SP2M) of the University Paris-Saclay. NANOX aims to develop hybrid materials of Vanadium Oxide nanorods and nanowires with polymers.
