TE-OX (for TEchnology OXides) has been founded with the aim to develop new electronic devices based on oxide materials exhibiting piezoelectricity
(like SnZnO3) for electroacoustic devices, Metal-Insulator Phase Transition (like VO2 and Nickelates) for ultra-fast electronic components and devices
and other oxide-based materials (superconductors, thermoelectric..) for the benefit of new electronic and optoelectronic devices.
